Tonight I showed how to make this lovely Easel Calendar Card using the Happy Hibiscus Bundle. This bundle has a Hybrid Embossing Folder in it, so you can die cut and emboss your cardstock all at once if you want to. I also used the gorgeous Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper. This pack of paper has several sheets of DSP and then a couple of sheets of die cuts. They are so pretty! This card is part of my December Kit in the Mail. Inspiration for this is from Gail Ellis at Blue Rose Paper Crafts. Gail showed how to make an easel Flower Pot Card and I added a calendar to mine.
And here’s a look at the card from the front. The small calendars are from Taylored Expressions.
The easel is made from a piece of cardstock that’s 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 3 1/2″ and 5″ on the long side. This is what the fold looks like (although not in the right form for putting the card together).
