Hello Everyone! Every Tuesday I show three cards created with a different Stampin’ Up! bundle. This week I’m showing three different quilt style cards – using a retiring designer series paper.
In case you’ve never joined me for my live, I go live every Tuesday at 3:00 PM EST on my FaceBook Page and YouTube Channel.
Look for the recording below after my FB live is over. Inspiration for the main quilt pattern is from Lee Ann Greff at Flowerbug.typepad.com.
The first card features a mixture of Boho Blue and Bubble Bath Pink Colors with the retired Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper. I also used the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder on this card and I love the way it looks. The 1/2″ sentiment strip was punched on each end with one of the star punch from the Inked and Tiled Punch Pack, which is retiring and on sale right now.
The second card was created using strips of paper from the Perrennial Lavender DSP. The top was embossed with the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder from Sale-a-Bration. The heart in the cdenter of the card was die cut with one of the hearts from the retiring Give it a Whirl Dies. This is a fabulous set of dies and you might want to purchase it before they are gone.
For the third card I used the retiring Bee Mine DSP. The patterns in the designer series paper give this card a scrappy look. The embossing folder I used is a new one that will be available May 1 that’s called the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. The Real Red background layer is 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″. The Adhesive-Backed Hearts & Flowers are the pretty gems. They are retiring soon. Love it!
if you place an order of $35.00 or more (before tax and shipping) with me by Monday April 22 at midnight I will send you the kits to make two of each of the three quilt cards. You must use host code 2C374AMS at checkout to get the free kits. You can place your order HERE with the embedded host code. If you do not use the Host Code I will assume you do not want the kits.
