Notes of Spring Column Fun Fold Cards

Hi crafty friends. I’m excited to share a new-to-me fun fold card using the Notes of Spring Stamp Set (March Product of the Month) and the adorable Easter Joy Designer Series Paper. I saw “G” from “Creative Moments by G” demonstrate this fun fold that she called a Pop Out Fun Fold. I call this a Column Fun Fold Card. It does stand by itself so it makes an extra nice card to give. You can get the kits for one of each of these cards and the PDF tutorial when you place a qualifying order with me this week (see the info at the bottom of this post).

I also used the Beautifully Celebrated layering dies for the labels on each of the 4 cards. I love these dies – they are so pretty with the decorative edges and make a beauitful frame.

Here is one of the vertical cards. The 4 score lines create the folds that form the column on the left. The small panel on the right is a skinny card and opens to write a sentiment or note.

And this card is similar but with different colors. I used smaller dies for the labels on this card. I think I like the larger labels better (card above).

I decided to try to use the same card base to create a horizontal card and I like how it turned out. It also stands on it’s own. You can even use it as a treat holder and add candy to the inside of the column@

I used a 3-3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White Cardstock on the back of the card for the sentiment. I think I made 3 different ducks for the label before I finally settled on the one below lol.
