Springtime Scenes Classes!

Hi crafty peeps! I think the Springtime Scenes Bundle is one of my favorite products right now – woo hoo!! I love leaves and foliage so how can you go wrong with this set (have you seen the Springtime Scenes Dies)? I created 4 unique cards (unique because they are sooo different). Take a look at them below and…You can get the kits for one of each of these cards and the PDF tutorial when you place a qualifying order with me this week (see the info at the bottom of this post).

The first card features those cute ladybugs in the background created with the Ladybug Picnic 3D Embossing Folder. The center of the card showcases die cut flowers, foliage and the sentiment embossed on Balmy Blue Cardstock. I love a “mostly white” card. Soft spring colors like Petal Pink, Lemon Lolly, Granny Apple Green, Lemon-Lime Twist and Balmy Blue – ooooo so pretty!

For the 2nd card I made one of my favorite fun folds – a Back Fold Card. I used the detailed circle foliage die cut (Granny Apple Green) layered on a Granny Apple Green circle. The darker leaf is Garden Green. And there’s that cute ladybug enjoying the leaf! The DSP is from the Homemade Sweetness DSP.

The third card has a completely different look with the rustic Country Wood DSP. I used the plain circle die to cut the circle out of the center of the card. I then die cut the circle with the detailed floral die in the set and adhered the die cut paper to the inside. I love the foliage around the outside of the circle, and of course, the ladybug!

The last card has lots of layers! I used 2 of the die cuts with the leaves on one side, a layer of vellum, and 3 different colored Everyday Arches die cuts. The contrasting bright colors – Melon Mambo and Lemon Lime Twist make the card bright and cheerful! I used watercolor pencils on the flower blooms and blended them in with a Blending Marker.
