Double Joy Fold Cards

Hi Crafters. I enjoyed sharing this fun fold card I created today. It’s based on an older fun fold called a Joy Fold Card (it has 1 cross over flap and a smaller card inside.) I named this one a Double Joy Fold Card as it has 2 front flaps and the small inside card. This one was made with the Nature’s Symphony Bundle and beautiful Nature Walk Designer Series Paper. I also used the Fabulous Sayings Stamp Set (The Product of the Month) for all of the sentiments on these card. You can purchase it for just $5.00 when your order is $75.00 or more! The base is made with a whole sheet of 8-1/2″ x 11″ Pecan Pie Cardstock that’s cut in half into two 5-1/2″ x 8 -1/2″ pieces. Each piece was cut so that one side has a triangular shaped flap (see the picture below) and one was adhered inside the other (watch the YouTube replay to see how I made the card.) I used two of the wood die cuts from the Nature’s Symphony Dies on the belly band and then layered the sentiment over it.

Here’s another Double Joy Fold Card made with the Sweet Bugs Bundle and Cute as a Bug Designer Series Paper. I used one of the Textured Notes Dies to cut the label on the belly band and then die cut a cute scene from the DSP to add on top.

The last card was made with the Lovely Arrangements Bundle and Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper. I love the die cut on the flap (see in the second pic). It’s part of the Lovely Arrangements Dies. I added a sentiment to it that’s seen when the belly band is removed.
